The NIZZOLI Pro grinding system represents the logical advancement of the NIZZOLI System annular chamber mill with the centrifugal force separation device. The new peg system is designed for high power input in single and multi-pass operation. The grinding system has an intensive cooling system for the grinding chamber and Separator system, making the grinding system iMo smart^® NIZZOLI Pro the ideal machine for moderate to high viscosity products, such as UV systems, at low processing temperatures.

Liquid packaging inks
With NIZZOLI Pro, LEIMIX sets new standards in the production of liquid packaging inks. Thanks to the high flow capability, a narrow particle size distribution can be achieved with minimum energy consumption. This leads to an improved color strength, transparency and gloss.

Inkjet inks
The use of small beads in the field of inkjet inks requires an optimal bead separation to maintain high recirculation flow rates. All of the components in the NIZZOLI Pro are finely tuned making handling of the micro beads effortless.

High-performance coatings
The wide parameter range of the NIZZOLI Pro allows an ideal adaption to the specific grinding requirements of different coatings. Additionally, Pühler’s highly sophisticated automation solutions result in high process reliability and traceability.
