This series of products are originally designed and developed by our company. It adopts horizontal integrated cast bed. The guide of bed is sweptback for 45°Chip removal is fluent. Shock absorption function is good. Operation is pleasant and good. Machinery is configured with high-precision linear motion guide and precision ball screw assembly, which make the High accuracy. The spindle box adopts 3 steps hydraulic infinitely adjustable-speed system, and hydraulic oil circulating cooling system. Spindle warming is low, the heat distortion is small, and the precision is high. It is suitable for high speed and strong cutting. Tool post of the machinery can realize automatic tool changer and finish continuous process of multiple process steps.
